(this pic is actually me at 34 weeks, but it's all I got!)
How Far Along: 35 Weeks
Size of Baby: He is the size of a honeydew melon
Average size: 17.2-18.75 inches, ~5.8 lb. He was estimated at 5 pounds 11 ounces on our ultrasound last week (ugh, that is big!).
Total Weight Gain/Loss: I don't know and I don't want to know... Bottom line: I'm big!
Maternity Clothes: All of my clothes are now maternity, except my scrubs for work, although they are getting tighter!
Best Moment this week: Having my parents come up and watching my dad and Jackson put the furniture together and putting the car seats in the car. Also just finishing the nursery and getting my bags packed for the hospital.
Movement: Yes. All the time. He's been having the hiccups a lot more as well.
Food Craving: My one craving has been Minute Maid Frozen Lemonade. Yum! I've been eating one every night after dinner.
What I miss: Sleep. Shaving my legs without risking my life!
Sleep: This week I've actually slept a little better, which I am so thankful for. There were two days this week where I was in bed asleep by 7 pm!
What I am looking forward to: Trying to finish Christmas shopping and getting a few last minute sewing projects done.
Belly Button: In, although it's starting to get a little pushed out..
Symptoms: The swelling is still pretty bad. I had to do another set of blood tests and a 24 hour urine because of blood pressure concerns, but everything has come back normal so far. I also have very bad numbness and tingling in my hands from the swelling which has been not so enjoyable!
Overall, I am so thankful to have a healthy, growing baby who could come at any time now and be ok. God has so blessed us with that and I know it is not something to be taken for granted. We continue to pray that things will continue to go well and can't wait to meet our little guy!
